  You must like Sailor Moon
  You must have a DA account
You must put a link to us, or our icon, somewhere on your DA account.  It can be in your journal or in your signature.  
(optional) Have a Sailor Scout of your own (one you made up)

Send a note to this account and say you want to join!
  Then just put a link to us or our icon somewhere on your account!  I'll get back to you as soon as possible and add you to the member list!

You can send me a link to your art of your SM scout or already existing SM scouts and I'll put it up with full credit to you!
  You can meet other SM fans and see their wonderful art!
  I'll put up links to cool SM sites and you can check them out!!
